Update: I’m changing my rating from 1 to 5 stars thanks to incredible service from Yash in support. After my initial issues, Yash reached out and personally ensured my package was delivered within 10 minutes of our email exchange. Huge props to him for turning a frustrating experience around so quickly.
Original Issue: My experience started poorly with two failed delivery attempts. Despite living in an easily accessible townhouse for 30 years, drivers claimed the location was "inaccessible" or "unavailable" without actually knocking. However, the way the company (and Yash specifically) handled the escalation completely made up for the initial headache.
Response from the owner:Hi Shane! First off, we totally hear you and we're so sorry this has been such a frustrating experience 😔 That's genuinely not the vibe we're going for at all.
After looking into this, our driver was actually unable to locate your address and didn't have a phone number on file to reach you directly — which is 100% something we should have communicated better to you, and we own that!
