Excellent service. Prompt, delivered within noted time frame in excellent condition. However we have a large verandah and the package was left in a visible position at the top of the stairs as opposed to closer to the entrance door.

Because I had to sign the driver called this morning and gave me the time frame to be in my area. Worked perfectly as I had some work to get done around the house. One of the best delivery experiences I've had.

They said they delivered something, but it was not delivered. They did not provide any photographic evidence that was delivered. Unlike the first delivery, which they did. I also checked my buildings cameras, and there was no one in the building on my floor delivering anything at that time when they said it was delivered. Basically, my parcel was stolen from someone who works there. I would like my parcel, please or for to be reimbursed. Now I was away on vacation. I assumed that since it was delivered that it was delivered, and my neighbour who picks my mail away in my building would’ve picked it up it was not delivered. I would like my parcel please. Thank you so much for stealing from clients. And yes, I went to the tracking on the website and it said this there’s no proof of Delivery. It says that right on the website when I put in my tracking number, so who’s lying

Delivery was prompt , packaging easy to access. All contents except for one plant were in good condition. One plant looked quite dry. I have watered it and planted it to see if it recovers.

Your building has clear, important access requirements, and our drivers should be following your buzzer code instructions exactly as provided — not calling from an unrecognized number or relying on someone else entering the building. You’re absolutely right: 1.The buzzer code should be used every time, 2.The courier should read and follow the delivery notes, and 3.The directory at the entrance should be used when applicable. We’ve flagged this with our delivery compliance team to reinforce proper apartment‑building procedures with the routes in your area. You should not have to worry about missed calls, confusion at the door, or drivers bypassing the required process. I’m glad your second delivery went well otherwise, and we appreciate the 4‑star rating despite the frustration. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention — we’ll make sure this is addressed.
